Through Lean In Latinas, I have stepped fully into my power — as a business owner, as a leader, and as a proud Latina. This community has strengthened my confidence, expanded my visibility, and reaffirmed my role as a voice of influence for Latinas everywhere.
Latinas hold only 1% of senior executive positions and 4% of professional managerial roles. They are losing the most ground across the leadership pipeline, facing multiple obstacles along the way. This underrepresentation highlights the urgent need for targeted support and actionable strategies to promote Latina leadership and workplace equity.
