Natalie Perez is a seasoned Healthcare professional with 20+ years of experience in operations management and consulting. Her experience spans leadership development, coaching, instructional design/curriculum development, facilitation, process/performance improvement, and human centered design. She has designed and delivered many leadership development sessions to over 1500-line employees and middle managers.

Natalie was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and 25+ years ago decided to call the Bay Area home. Natalie’s purpose/passion is developing and mentoring the next generation of leaders through coaching, mentorship, and education. This aligns with Lean in Latina’s vision and mission.
