2018 Take Charge Annual Conference

Lean In Latinas brought together 100+ Latinas from around the world to network and take part in an all-day conference with engaging speakers and interactive sessions. In all our leadership talks, we kept hearing “empower” thrown here and there. As if power could be given by someone else. As if power was external. Or worse, something we needed to demand rather than command. We looked at each other, sitting at our founder’s living room, and decided it was our turn.
It was our time to Take Charge!
