What drives you to be a part of Lean In Latinas?
I believe deeply in the power of community and representation. As a Latina and daughter of immigrants, I know how meaningful it is to see someone who looks like you, understands your journey, and reminds you that you belong in the room. I’m proud to be part of a community that helps Latinas build confidence, amplify their voices, and create pathways for the women coming next.
What advice would you give to other Latinas?
Never shrink yourself to fit into a space you were meant to transform. Your story, your culture, your perspective, and your experiences are part of your leadership power. Own who you are, trust your journey, and remember that you don’t have to choose between being authentic and being successful.
What do you do for fun?
Travel, working out, spend time with my family, and discover new places. I’m also passionate about personal growth, so you’ll often find me learning something new or dreaming up my next adventure.
