What drives you to be a part of Lean In Latinas?

I am here because I believe in rooms where Latinas do not have to translate themselves to be understood. I love being around women who are building, leading, pivoting, and still making space for each other. I am driven by community, by real conversations, and by the kind of support that helps you move from surviving to choosing, and from choosing to scaling.

What advice would you give to other Latinas?

Do not wait for permission. Do not wait until you feel perfectly ready. Say what you mean, ask for what you want, and stop shrinking to keep other people comfortable. Your perspective is a strength, especially in spaces that need better leadership and better systems. Find your people, keep your standards high, and let your work speak loudly.

What do you do for fun?

I love anything that feels like discovery. I am big on travel, trying new spots, and being around different kinds of people. I am also learning Mandarin, which keeps me humble in the best way. And honestly, some of my favorite fun is simple: a good workout, a good laugh, and quality time with my family, where nobody needs anything from me except my presence.
