Circles are small groups of women who meet on a regular basis for ongoing support and growth. 85% of Lean In members credit their Circle with a positive change in their life, and almost two-thirds of women in Circles have taken on a new challenge.

Lean In Latinas is home to over 20+ Circles worldwide, dedicated to empowering Latinas through connection, learning, and growth. Some Circles are industry-specific, focusing on key professional areas, while others are based on location, fostering local connections and support. Each Circle provides a space for mentorship, community, and meaningful conversations, helping members thrive personally and professionally.
