What drives you to be a part of Lean In Latinas?

Finding genuine connection is essential to my personal growth and Lean In Latinas offers exactly that space. It's a community where I can authentically bring my whole self, contribute my expertise, absorb wisdom from fellow members, and evolve both personally and professionally.

What advice would you give to other Latinas?

Be a positive role model for others. Share your unique talents generously and embrace service opportunities. Honor all aspects of your identity—your culture, gender, and other dimensions that make you who you are. We are complex individuals, not one-dimensional. Show up authentically each day with kindness and intention.

What do you do for fun?

I’m a bit of an extroverted introvert so I try to balance out my “people” time with my “me” time. I love to travel with my wife and our friends. I am energized by exploring new places and enjoying the cuisine and local culture. Going to see live hockey games is one of my favorite ways to spend my free time. When I am looking to recharge, I can get lost in a good book. Other times, you can find me enjoying the sunshine with the dogs.
