Rosita is a dynamic leader and Los Angeles native with over 15 years of experience in marketing and consulting. Throughout her career, she has driven growth and innovation for industry leading brands like Kraft, Disney, Mattel and Fisher-Price. She holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Public Policy from the University of Southern California. As Board President of the PLUS ME Project, a Los Angeles based nonprofit, she champions youth through the transformative power of storytelling. Rosita is committed to mentoring students and young adults and currently serves as a mentor for USC's Latino Scholars Program. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughter.
