Her superpower is turning ambiguity into action. At companies like PlayStation and Tubi, Diane has led exciting projects, simplified workflows, and connected people across teams. Whether optimizing CRM tools, managing go-to-market plans, or launching digital content, she knows how to connect goals with execution.

Now working with Lean In Latinas, Diane brings that same energy to crafting marketing strategies and boosting digital engagement. Originally from New York City and now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she blends East Coast hustle with West Coast creativity and is passionate about using her skills to support meaningful, community-focused work.

What drives you to be a part of Lean In Latinas?

I’m passionate about increasing the representation of Latinas in leadership roles, especially in STEM. There are still too few of us in corporations or heading medium-sized businesses, and I want to do my part in changing that. By sharing my experiences and supporting others in their journeys, I hope to empower more Latinas to break through barriers and reach their full potential in their careers.

What advice would you give to other Latinas?

My advice to other Latinas is to prioritize networking. For a long time, I tried to navigate my career on my own, but I've learned that a strong network of supportive people can make a huge difference. You don’t have to do it alone.

What do you do for fun?

For fun, I enjoy running, doing kettlebell workouts, reading fiction, or just hanging out with my husband Alex and our furry dogter, Jubilee.
