Since its first edition, the Take Charge Conference has grown into one of Lean In Latinas’ flagship gatherings, bringing together Latinas from across the community for a day of learning, connection, and celebration. Each year builds on the one before it, drawing on the lessons, feedback, and friendships from past conferences to make the next one even stronger.
